Why are Obama and Holder cruelly depriving those killed by U.S. drones overseas of their right to a fair trial?

My goodness, Obama is ordering people to be killed overseas by U.S. drones without due process. However, if someone Obama has ordered killed escapes death and makes it to the U.S. with a scorched crotch from a malfunctioning crotch bomb, that little sweetheart gets all of the benefits of a guy who robs a 7-Eleven. Does that make sense? Why are Obama and Holder depriving those killed in Pakistan and Yemen of their constitutional rights?
