Is American capitalism on it's way out?

a russian paper, well color me surprised. Lets look at a real liberal state, with heavy socialist leanings and see how socialism works our....say California...oops too bad they are going bust, well lets look at a big capitalist state say Texas..well dang, they are not too bad off. So using two comparisons it is safe to say Capitalism fares better then socialism
