Best acne product for my skin type? (info inside) help please?

Like pretty much everyone else, I've tried EVERYTHING. I wear A LOT of makeup, and it's really cakey because I have a birthmark I cover, so I can't change my makeup, so what's a good acne face wash, product, cream, and moisturizer to use? I have pretty oily skin, but it's sensitive to most products. Neutrogena is the WORST for me. My skin is so irritated and full of acne right now. Help please!
