How to set a video as my desktop background? Please help!!!?

Here i have a problem... i know what is Active Desktop about... the only problem is when i put the URL on the tabs... it will juz appear the website that i enter... the main thing i want is my desktop background is playing a video... maybe i can change a video clip to a HTML or Active Desktop File? plz help me... thx
