l bleeding and bowel movements?

i am having bleeding from my rectum up into my l area when i go to the bathroom. it is there when i wipe. i had my period two weeks ago.i am having loose bowel movements and abdominial pain as well. the pain in my abdomen is in the lower right quadrant. i also have blood in my bowel with mucous
