Sister/brother romance plot help?

You could have it where he gets addicted to drugs, or maybe a family death, like their mum, brings them closer together, maybe she gets bullied and he trys to protect her. She could keep being pushed away by him, and only towards the end she relises. She could have a boyfriend and then relish. Hope I helped. :D It sounds intreasting though!
