What's your opinion about the 50th Grammy snub on Christina Aguilera?

All the fans know about the time and creative effort this li'l woman had alotted on her double-disc album. And the past two Grammy shows somehow gave it li'l to no attention at all. Why the cold treatment on such an album where music is at its finest? The Grammies earned respect because the awards are about quality music and talented musicians, unlike the others that rely on popularity trash. Has the bigwigs of that show lowered their standards? If that's the case, then 3-5 yrs. from now everything we would hear on radio would be trash! as if we've had not enough of those already.
