Found lost cell-p. sim card is replaced .Frame scratched-1000% certain ph is mine.?

Phone visits my house. Like a bike you founf this is my phone. Dad looks bad cause daughters gf was given phone fm bf(ALL DECENT SENIORS H.S.) Bf works Radio Shack and is fine young man.Still I am certain the ph is mine. HELP PLEASE! Dad looks BAD ! But Damnit... The ph is mine and the 315.00 aint nothin cause these are my kids ya know.
