I was going to address your biological question (the answer in case you're actually interested: no) and horrendously incorrect misconceptions, but then you threw out that bizarre conclusion about abortion. This is nothing to do with biology, it's an embarring rant based upon highly flawed pseudo-science. If you really want to discuss abortion and how it relates to American law (why do you think the laws of that one country and meaningless semantics about definitions of words are significant anyway?) find a suitable section. It's not even remotely related to this.
