You will NOT be able to do all the aforementioned tasks with a cordless drill that you purchased for under $75. Mixing grout will take a 1/2 inch spade drill, (it has a handle that looks similar to a horseshoe mounted directly on the back) I would check on Craigslist and maybe some yard sales or local pawn shops for a deal... good luck to you
