Do you legally have to be present to receive your portion of a trust left by your parents?
FYI.....NEVER allow a beneficiary be a trustee!!! Huge mistake because they have vested interest and after the 120 grace period the trustee decides EVERYTHING on the estate. IE. what possessions you get, how income is distributed, etc.
