Is it possible to get disability if wife is fighting cancer, and the chemotherapy treatments have been ?

I have sympathy for you in your situation. My wife was diagnosed in May. She had 2 surgeries, went thru chemo and is finishing up radiation now. She applied for disability and was turned down but perhaps it was because i am the main wage earner and have been. She was only working part time. Your situation might be different.
