Is there truth to this article about blacks hurting blacks?

This is an awesome article. I think more whites are executed because their murders are more evil, or not just the random drive by killings or drug related murders in which sadly, the victims aren't considered to be as innocent. There are much more serial white killers than blacks which in general give sentenced to death. Whites murders have more planned and pre-meditated murders aimed at specific persons for specific selfish reasons. Crimes of pion aren't viewed as evil. This is just my take.
