I have male doberman he got his ears cropped they look good and are porpotion to his head but wil thy grow mor?

Yes the ears will grow along with the rest of the dog. If the crop looks good now it will continue to look good as your puppy matures. Just stay diligent in posting. You didn't mention your puppies age but keep in mind if he as not lost his puppy teeth yet the ears may start doing odd things while he is teething so they may need to be posted through that stage even if they are standing before that
